Freshness & Quality Guarantee

As our products are perishable food items (snacks), we prioritize your health and safety. Please review our industry-standard snack return policy:

Damaged or Defective: If your snack pack arrives damaged, leaking, or if there is a quality issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
Unopened Items: Non-perishable/sealed packs can be returned within 14 days if the safety seal is completely intact.
Hygiene First: For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened packs unless there is a proven quality defect.
Evidence: Please keep the packaging and take a photo of the batch number and the issue to help us process your request faster.
